Info@Hand is based on SugarCRM, and is developed by The Long Reach Corporation, based in Canada. Its main author has been a key contributor to SugarCRM and even wrote the book on it. He saw the same problems we did, and decided to do something about it. Info@Hand deliberately lags SugarCRM releases by a few months. This time buys a lot - much improved stability and many features exclusive to Info@Hand. As a bonus, the licensing is much more sensible and cheaper than both SugarCRM and salesforce.com.
