| Monthly costs are based on the maximum size of your mailing lists and not on the number of emails sent - we have no per-message charges! For example, if you have 7,000 people on your mailing list, but only a 5,000 recipient subscription, you will not be able to send email to them (new users will still be able to sign up) until you upgrade to a 10,000 recipient subscription. | |

Per-user licenses always apply to info@hand, but various deployment options are available:
- Host on our shared servers (as per our monthly hosting fee above).
- Host on a dedicated server we provide and manage for you.
- Host on your own server we manage for you.
- Host and manage yourself on your own server.
You can probably think up more variations; we're here to help with setting up servers, installation, system administration, maintenance and so on. Please contact us to discuss your best options.
How to pay
At present all our payments are handled via PayPal from within smartmessages - if you're just interested in info@hand, we'll set you up with a free smartmessages account to ease payments.
Please add 17.5% VAT to all prices.
