 Synchromedia was started on 1st January 1999.

Over the past 12 years we have provided a range of technical services and products for companies of all sizes.

After a long prior history in CD-ROM production (over 100 titles), we started out producing interactive virtual reality photography, and were a UK reseller for Kaidan.

We have generally been working in the digital marketing area. We have produced hundreds of CD-ROMs, DVDs, web sites and now more than anything else, online software to support and enhance sales & marketing processes.

Nine years ago we started developing Smartmessages, our own email marketing system. It is now available as a self-service product having started as a managed service for larger businesses for the first three years, and is now handling lists of many million of subscribers.

In 2006 we because the official UK supplier for Info@Hand, a 'market-ready' version of SugarCRM, and probably the best open-source CRM system currently available.
